Product defect repair process description
(1) If the user's product fails, in addition to contacting the dealer, the customer service department of Beifeng can be contacted by telephone for repair;
(2) Product maintenance cycle from the receipt of the fault machine, handheld terminal products within 3 working days to complete the repair, vehicle and system components within 5 working days to complete the repair, purchased equipment needs to be repaired according to the situation of the equipment manufacturer。Round-trip transportation time and delays due to customer are not included。
